Refund Policy

At Yolopment IT Solution, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

Important: Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By using our services, you agree to be bound by this policy.

1. General Refund Policy

All services provided by Yolopment IT Solution are custom-developed solutions tailored to your specific requirements. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.

2. Service-Specific Refund Terms

2.1 Web Development Services

Before Project Commencement: If you cancel your project before we begin development work, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees (typically 10% of the total project cost).

After Project Commencement: Once development work has begun, refunds are not available. However, we will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments to meet your requirements.

Project Completion: Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued. Any modifications or corrections will be handled through our support and maintenance services.

2.2 Mobile App Development

Mobile app development projects follow the same refund policy as web development. Refunds are only available if cancellation occurs before development work begins.

2.3 Digital Marketing Services

Monthly Retainer Services: If you cancel a monthly retainer service, you will continue to receive services for the remainder of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the current month, but you will not be charged for future months.

One-Time Campaigns: Once a marketing campaign has been launched, no refunds are available. However, we may adjust the campaign strategy based on your feedback.

2.4 Training and Consultation Services

Cancellation 48+ Hours Before Session: Full refund available.

Cancellation 24-48 Hours Before Session: 50% refund available.

Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Session: No refund available.

No-Show: No refund available.

2.5 Maintenance and Support Services

Monthly/annual maintenance and support services are non-refundable. If you cancel your maintenance plan, you will continue to receive services until the end of the current billing period.

3. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe and you have not approved any extensions.
  • Material Breach: If we materially breach our service agreement and fail to remedy the breach within a reasonable time after written notice.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged multiple times for the same service.
  • Unauthorized Payment: If a payment was made without your authorization.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been completed and delivered
  • Third-party services, licenses, or subscriptions purchased on your behalf
  • Domain registrations and renewals
  • Hosting services already activated
  • Any work that has been approved by you
  • Administrative fees

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@yolopment.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, project details, and reason for the refund request
  3. Review Period: We will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. Decision: We will notify you of our decision via email
  5. Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

Please note that it may take 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the work completed. The amount of the partial refund will be determined by:

  • The percentage of work completed
  • Any materials or resources already purchased
  • Administrative and processing costs

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:

  • Request a review by our management team
  • Provide additional documentation or information to support your case
  • Work with us to find an alternative solution that meets your needs

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and amicably.

9. Chargebacks

Important: If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may take legal action to recover our costs.

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
